Anthony brings strong experience in corporate and real estate transactions, with a practical, client-first approach that aligns with the firm’s mission of delivering elite legal services.

His transactional work includes the acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate, the purchase and sale of ownership interests, leasing real and personal property, entity formation, maintenance and dissolution, and day-to-day corporate counsel.
Known for helping clients anticipate and avoid legal risk, Anthony prides himself on making complex legal issues easy to understand.
Before joining Truax Law, Anthony served as a transactional attorney at other respected Cleveland-area firms. Originally from West Akron, Anthony played varsity baseball at Baldwin Wallace University before earning his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He now lives on Cleveland’s west side in Bay Village with his wife and son.
